Incredible Lifestyle in D.C Ranch, Scottsdale

We moved from Canada to D.C Ranch for "the job", thinking it would be banal and irritating, however it has been the complete opposite!
We absolutely love the fact that our neighbors are totally friendly, we get to cycle from or house to exquisite nature in the Sanoron Desert,which has it's own unbelievably beautiful natural beauty. We can walk or bike easily on trails (not roads) to hiking trail-heads and community events.
We have a fabulous active community council that organizes amazing activities year round for all ages and stages, including amazing kid's celebrations and educational activities, book, film, wine club, fitness classes, there's a gym, gorgeous outdoor lane pool, friendly staff,a great selection of cafes, restaurants and shopping, down-town becomes Kierland (awesome shopping) and we can cycle commute to work!! What's to complain about!! I see all sorts of complaints online about North Scottsdale and I shake my head and wonder how people can be so greedy and pessimistic. This place offers a truly full and community spirited lifestyle if that's what you're after.
We are VERY happy that we purchased a home here.....awesome!
