Stafford was not a selection so I picked the closes community, Spotsylvania. I have lived in Stafford all of my life (50 years so far). Stafford is norht of Spotsylvania. The housing cost has gone up in the last several years. It is impossible for young people to live in the area. All of the best paying jobs are north of Stafford which means you have to commute. Traffic is a nighmare. I plan to retire in 5 years and leave the area. I love Stafford however the cost of living and traffic greaty brings down the quality of life.
