A great place to get it all in California

We moved here seven years ago, from Livermore, CA. We find it very peaceful here with traffic jams being eight cars at a stop sign. No kidding, you can have all the benefits of living in California. We have a Super Walmart and Redding, California is nearby (13 miles north). In Redding, all the conveniences of living in the San Francisco Bay Area, with the exception of the Opera and Fryes Electronics (need to travel south a couple hours to Sacramento for these). We have lots of hiking, boating on the largest lake in California (Lake Shasta), fishing, hunting, skiing only 45 minutes away. Yes, this is a great place to live life!
