Run for your life. The person who wrote about cliques and games is telling the truth. There are no codes enforced and people have appliances and junk in their front yards. It has become a very noisy place because people drive ATVs, motorcycles, snow machines, etc. in their back yards! Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, are more expensive cities for a reason. They enforce codes to keep trashy, low class people from taking over.
