Great place to live. Do not listen to angry people

Great place to live. Lots of progress and changes coming to the city. Great place to raise a family. UC Merced is expanding and businesses are investing. Downtown is being revitalazed and lots of contruction and business being brought to down town. Merced is up and coming. For whatever reason Merced does have a lot of residents who spread hate about their city. I believe they should look at all the positive or move somewhere else. They are actually part of the problem not the solution. I love it here.

Do not move here. Crime is rampant all over the town. Shootings very common all over town....
