We've lived in Catheys Valley for over 20 years, and we believe it is one of the best places to live.
I note that your chart has two significant errors about Catheys Valley.
In the past 20 years, we have seen snow only 3 or 4 times, usually a dusting that lasts for a few hours at most, so, your stat of 33 inches of annual snowfall is totally inaccurate. Perhaps this error is tied to the second error.
You indicate that the elevation of Catheys Valley is in excess of 3000 feet. We are actually about 1200 feet.
