Old Encinitas, A Beautiful Place...

I've lived in many different neighborhoods throughout San Diego over the years. They've all been coastal, from Pt. Loma, Pacific Beach, Del Mar, Solana Beach and Encinitas.
All have their pro's and con's, but my favorite have been Solana Beach and Old Encinitas. Great communities and Solana Beach has a better School District, but Encinitas is less expensive and has a "downtown" where you can have dinner and catch live entertainment afterwards.
The Crime Rate is also very low and way more "culture" compared to someplace like Crackpike "Bakersfield."
