Review of Manhattan Bea,

Location, Accessibiity to LAX, Freeways/Biz & Beac
Star Rating - 3/7/2008
HowEVERR, it IS

- highly priced Housing-wise (thank goodness I bought MY house in '99!!) - Im a REALTOR, watching my personal home-value drop from 3 TIMES purchase price in 7yrs to...narry over DOUBLE
(while still EXCELLENT in comparison to any geographic averages, tough to stomach when MY less than HALF of lifetime Av.Income of many moons now, and great Majority of Assets, is tied into my HOME!):O...and

- rather predominantly white - tho certainly not (OBViously anyway) prejudicial, as higher educated & social etiquette... ;)

still Beats the Crap- Overall- outta NYC, where I grew up!
- again, OVERALL 'Quality of Life'-wise! ;))) LOL
