A Little Bit for Everyone

I was born in Montrose about 50 years ago and despite moving to Telluride, Denver, Ann Arbor, San Francisco and Chicago, I can’t find another place that makes me feel the same way that Montrose does. Friday Night High School Football games, going to concerts by the river at the park, Trying out new restaurants downtown, I wouldn’t trade any of it for the world. Many people with negative comments don’t understand what I have come to understand about Montrose, there is a little bit for everyone. From Cosmopolitan to Country, From Golf to Wave Surfing, From Big city amenities to small mom and pop shops, I have come to appreciate this even more after I moved back and I am so proud to live in this amazing city!
