Peachtree St Near Ponce de Leon Ave

There are good and bad things about living in this particular part of Midtown Atlanta. It is very pedestrian friendly and right near the lovely old Fox Theater. There is a MARTA station nearby, and it is convenient to plenty of good restaurants, a drug store, a grocery store and a coffee shop. However, the closer you get to Ponce de Leon Ave, the more homeless people and prostitutes you encounter. I do not feel safe walking alone in this area at night except around a showtime at the Fox with plenty of people around.
