Truthfully Riesel, Tx isn’t such a bad place, I live there and it is a very connected community with parades, events, small fairs but the thing that ruins it a little is politics. With Riesel being a small town the city is run by almost monarchs, if you don’t have a good last name you don’t have an advantage, the families control the city counsel and the school board.
