Lakeside is a suburb of San Diego. Therefore it is expensive to live here also. It is one of the least expensive suburb - but still very stiff economically. A 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium costs around $275,000 as of 6/18/06.
Because is it inland instead of coastal, it is relatively about 10-15 degrees warmer than San Diego.
