Wonderful Place if you don't suffer from allergies

This area is teaming with Arts & Crafts; Cultural Events; The Highland Lakes (seven lakes); good medical, good housing, reasonable gas, reasonable utilities. We love it here but just have a hard time with the very hot summers with high humidity and winters made up of Cedar Fever, Oak, Mold and other stuff that will keep you stopped up for months on end and just generally feeling bad.

Marble Falls has a beautiful lake, strong art community, low crime and is a great place to raise a family or retire. It is attracting people from Austin now who bring strong innovation and culture. Great city governance and public participation in comprehensive planning.
