Quiet community with low crime

I have lived here 9 years. Has been a safe area in College Point by the bay. Much has changed since last review. More restaurants. Parks improved. Still take 30 minutes to get to beach. Plenty of jobs here. You likely need to go to Panama City or the beach for the best jobs. But plenty here. It is recovering post hurricane Michael. Much more to improve.
