Linden is a small town with a good mix of people. There are a lot of snobby moms who run around the schools thinking they are cool but really look like idiots. The school has always been good to my son but he's only in third grade. By High School they will expect him to be an athlete and if he's not the other students and teachers will treat him like an out cast. Crime is really not a problem in Linden, I've always felt save here. There is very little to do here. There is a nice beach in the summer and a sledding hill in the winter. There are a couple parks, a crappy bar, and a coffee shop. Linden is very close to Fenton for some shopping but if shopping for clothing you can go to the ghetto in Flint or drive all the way to Brighton or Auburn Hills. Because VG's grocery store has a monolopy on the area you have to go to at least Howell for groceries at a decent price. Over all it's not a bad place to live, the only thing stopping me from buying a house here are the super high taxes and horrible roads.
