Review of King, Texas

Affordable housing coming soon
Star Rating - 9/22/2021
Well there is good news and bad news. The good news is that homes in King county will be getting much less expensive soon. So for people interested in living there, the depreciating home values may be a big help. The bad news is that the glut in available housing will be due to deaths that will outpace most other communities in the country. Apparently their vaccination rates are among the lowest in the US. Only 16% of people over 65 are vaccinated; 14% overall. Given those above 65 are at the greatest risk of dying if they get COVID without being vaccinated, their vaccine refusal is bound to lead to early mortality for many residents.Their daily COVID cases are now over 100 per 100K. That's among the highest in the country. Makes sense right? Highest in anti-vaxxers. HIghest in COVID. People like those living in King County are responsible for fueling spread and keeping the world in this pandemic. They also fuel generation of new varients. So, while there may be a glut of affordable housing, those people would be your neighbors. Also, low education levels are correlated with negativity towards vaccines. You neighbors would be stupid.
