This post is a perfect example of the completely upside down PR hype about Portland. The reality on the ground is exactly the opposite of everything written by Jasmyn. The place is a backstabbing passive aggressive hell. The zombie hype "we care about each other" lines are spouted line for line by people who are desperate to feel they're living some kind of Disneyland hippie fantasy. It's a strange dream that keeps getting sold to the next group of greater fools who descend on this city to pay the incrementally higher price to seek the dream. What a bunch of idiots. On the upside: I doubled the money on my house and I'm outta here.
