I grew up in Franklin and still miss the views of this smalltown valley.
Wonderfull bike trail, main street is cute, lots of beautifull old homes.
Prices for a home are very low but this is a reflection of how hard a good job is to find. School system could be better but is not bad if you are a very involved parent. Locals are friendly but a bit negative about life in general.
