Quality of Life in Turlock CA 2009

We've lived in the area of Modesto/Turlock for 20+ years. Turlock is an agriculture town with a population about 70,000 up from 55,000 in 2000. West side of town is new growth with schools, shopping and eating establishments. College in town is California State University Stanislaus. Turlock is a Tree City for about 17 years. Senior living is treated with respect. Turlock Community Theatre hosts talent from a wide range of choice. It is not uncommon to venture onto country roads and experience driving courtesy.
