If anyone is thinking of relocating to Cape Cod please be absolutely sure you are wealthy enough to live here. Affordable housing is no where to be found,as are good paying jobs a thing of the past. If you work somewhere in this country you should be able to afford to live there too. Cape Cod does not provide this for the average family.
I personaly do not see the appeal of Cape Cod whether to vacation or to reside,as there are much prettier places to visit and much more affordable areas to reside. Our tourist should come to our area in the Winter time and see the poverty that exists. In the summer they only see the big fancy cars and huge coastline mansions owned by summer people, they do not see the homeless and fishermen's families in shelters and on the streets in the Winter.
