Review of Hebron, Nebraska

a place to rust, bust, collect dust and run or pee
Star Rating - 6/1/2007
I was born and partially rasied in Hebron. People are basically good and decent. There is one major drawback. There's no place to work. Another concern is, it's a town living in the past. I suspect the internet and cable tv, have improved things a bit, but I'm sure the class system is still firmly in place. It's the sort of place where the wealthier citizens think it's their ball and they'll decide whats best for the rest. If you want to live there and your poor expect to feel like an outsider. Despite what's good about Hebron, it's a bit like living in the twilight zone or being in a stepford environment.

Hebron has come a very long way in technology. Our hospital was just chose out of all the hospitals our size in the United States to receive a 1.6 million dollar grant to become completely electronic. There are things for kids' to do, the nearest city only takes you 1 1/2 hours to drive. There are some of the wealthier people who like to think they get to make most of the decisions here or some with the more common name, but overall the people here are great.
