16 kids per teacher???

That's a joke right? We've lived in Colorado Springs and Peyton for years. My kids have gone to several schools and I can say they have never been in a class with less than 20 students. In fact, it's always been anywhere from 24 to 27 kids per teacher. Not a lot of one on one here.
