Review of Hemet, California

Hemet's decline
Star Rating - 9/4/2012
Moved here in '64 to get away from exactly what Hemet has become, a ghetto! Business climate is in dire strait's, empty stores & offices all over the valley, hooker's, drug's gang's, traffic, beggar's, filthy neighborhoods, abandoned houses and housing project's, closed factories, high unemployement rate and no change for the better, in sight. We have HAD IT! House we have had since '82 lost 400K in value and we will take a loss, but at least we will be in a happy, safe, stress-free place in our new casa overlooking the Sea of Cortez, in San Felipe, BC.
