I've lived in this area, same house, for over 20 years. Of course, its grown more than I would like but it still remains a great place to live. Part of the "Mid-Cities" of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, the most attractive thing is the accessibility to both major cities and all the activities surrounding the metroplex. We are very close to DFW Airport as well.
