Oak Park, CA, offers a great quality of life for the LA area. It's close to Malibu and Ventura beaches, convenient to activities in and around LA, has one of the best school systems in the area and retains a small town feel. Located in the Conejo Valley rather than the San Fernando Valley, it's not as congested or developed...it's also enjoys slightly cooler temperatures in the summer and more picturesque scenary.
