I have lived here since 1989 and it snowed here just once and only a few inches. Rainfall over the past 10 years or so has averaged about 20 inches so I don’t know where the statistics above came from. I do agree that this is a beautiful place to see wildlife and the homes are certainly more affordable than the Bay Area. Unfortunately we have to drive 35 miles to be able to do any real shopping. There is only one supermarket here. It’s a nice community with relatively little crime.
