Challenge CA: Governor (Brown,) Atty Gen (Kamala Harris,) DA, FBI, ICE, police, firemen, elected officials (Kamala Harris,) CA law abiding citizens to explain 19280.
Challenge ANY attorney about 19280.
Challenge CA State Bar how, why ANY lawyer (LIAR,) is entitled to practice law oblivious to 19280.
2004 Enacted CA (LAW,) Revenue & Taxation Code 19280 (19280,): … (CRIMINAL) RESTITUTION ORDERS ... imposed by a CA Juvenile or Superior court .... MAY ... by courts OR Corrections, OR ... be referred ... to Franchise Tax Board for collection...
To help VICTIM, CFTB:
1) Tracks down delinquent criminal(s,)
2) Wage garnish criminal(s)
(Not employed? CFTB make vermin GET a job! BETTER STILL CFTB HIRES
criminals to enforce 19280 on OTHER CRIMINALS)
3) Liens on whatever property:
Bank Account(s,) Property, Home(s,) Vehicles, etc, CONFISCATED, SOLD!
4) Whatever collected PAID TO VICTIM!
