Small town problems

I have lived in and around the area off and on for over 30 years. The main issue I have with this town is that it is not growing very fast. For the most part the same businesses are here that were here around 30 years ago. Some come in and give it a try but due to the "old family" mentality of alot of people most don't stand a chance.
