Franklin is beautifull with several wonderfull parks and one of the best bike trails in the state of Pa. Downtown has wonderfull historic buildings and the house prices are very good. Not many high paying jobs and schools are only good if you plan to be a very involved parent. The senery is wonderfull and the locals are friendly but very negative about life in general.
