I have lived in Whittier for over 15 years.Whittier is a great place to live. The City Council has spent millions on street improvements especially on the entrances to the City. Prices of homes have skyrocketed which makes it great for property owners but difficult for potential new homeowners. Whittier has a great Police Department and a caring City Council. I couldn't think of a better place to live with the beautiful hills and great freeway access to Los Angeles
