Lady are you nuts? You live in a city, a very active and growing city, we have Emergency vehicles, partly because we have a very "seasoned" population here, so yeah we have ambulances and such, even the occasional police car, but don't be mistaken, just look at population demographics, Campbell is very low on crime, lets just say the criminals live elsewhere where it's cheaper, and the cops they just aren't that busy, but very well paid. Up until about a dozen years ago people did not sell their homes here, it was more a pass along/sell to family, only recently due to the Tech boom have foreigners purchased in campbell, which has driven home values through the roof. I also notice BestPlaces has listed Campbell as slightly liberal, that is not fully true, the newer younger population is more liberal, but Campbell traditionally has a very conservative population, even the Democratic leaders here are conservative, but if you don't run as a Dem, good luck getting elected in Cali.
