We live just outside of Muscatine,On a bluff looking over the Mississippi river. We have a great view of the river( never floods) and a house in our subdivision just sold for 150,000. Muscatine has several large companys, ( HON, Allsteel,Bandag,Monsanto,Heinz and Musco Lighting)There are always jobs for people that want to work. You have to look for good deals on houses, but there out there.
