Epping is a great town (rapidly growing) with just under 8,000 residents. It's located 1-hour from Boston, 1-hour from the White Mountains and less than 30-minutes from the ocean. It has 8 excellent restaurants two malls and two major supermarkets. It intersects with routes 101 and 125.
It is generally cool in the summer (since it's close to the ocean and its seabreeze) and the winters are not bad either.
Contrary to the previous moron who made absurd comments, Epping is a great place to raise a family and offers very reasonable commute times to major cities in NH and Massachusetts. If you love the 4-seasons and access to great hiking, boating, fishing, swimming, skiing and more then Epping is an ideal location.
