I live in Youngstown my entire life now I am not happy how it's portrayed reputation viewed or thought of I'd like to know how you would know or opinion is relevant when your from circleville and would not know personally like many inner cities it has its unsavory spots and people but if you don't partake in the black market or interfere your not bothered you adapt and adjust and Youngstown has so many things now and entertainment being brought in successful attractions and many jobs for the taking if you're willing to work not just sit on your ass
