Love the nature

We picked Big Spring over Midland because of the rolling hills and nature. True there isn't a lot to do here except hike or run the mountain. There is a small movie theater and a small mall. Several decent places to eat. The only thing is that this town suffers from the poor management of city funds. The buildings are not up to code and a lot are falling down. Also, lacking pride of home ownership. It would be a jewel in the flat sea of W. Texas if people actually cared. It could be a fun and gorgeous little town.
