Housing market fell sharply in 2008 and did not show any signs of recovery until late 2011 and early 2012. House prices are still depressed about 10-15% from 2008 highs. However, unlike Columbus Dublin is strong economically and still attracts more home-buyers than the rest of the surrounding cities in Columbus metro-area.
