Review of Princeton, Massachusetts

Hard to find a better town for families
Star Rating - 10/26/2023
Your current review has some issues--the current population is only about 3600, not 6000, and there aren't a lot of quaint shops....there's barely a downtown. It's categorized as a 'fringe rural' town. It's also a huge tennis town, with an annual tournament that is both the oldest running tennis tournament in the US, and also a huge social event throughout town. The middle school, Thomas Prince, a STEAM school working with WPI, was recently ranked the best middle school in Massachusetts. Mt. Wachusett and many lakes are located within or adjacent to the town boundaries, as are an almost unlimited number of hiking trails. It's a tremendous town in which to live.
