Gladstone is cheap, quiet, and affordable. There are mostly old people and families here. There are several large parks and bicycle trails, and the main roads are bustling with traffic. This place is mostly a bedroom community for people who commute across the city.
The police focus too much on minor driving offenses and not enough on the drug trade that goes on. As a respectable, law-abiding citizen, I find it offensive when the police stop me for a non-moving violation and ask "When was the last time that you smoked WEED??".
