In my opinion, Pacific Beach (San diego) has the best weather anywhere. It is humid enough to keep the landscaping beautiful but never so hot that you are uncomfortable. The winters are very mild and it only rains in the spring. Although it is a very expensive place to live if you didn't buy before the market went through the roof.
