climate and cost of living

Los Gatos is a small unique town next to San Jose. You can't beat the climate in this area. The cost of living is high. An average home is $600,000-$700,000. We are 15 miles from the beach in Santa Cruz, Ca.
It rains from December to April on and off. The rest of the year there is no rain. It is getting more crowded in the past 10 years. I love California!
