TRAIN WHISTLE THROUGH RESIDENTIAL AREAS

coal trains coming from other states other than wisconsin, continuasly blowing their train whistle in front of elderly housing projects and residential areas when nothing is hindering the trains path. as soon as i have the train numbers that are blowing the whistles unnescessarily, congresman will be alerted to train disturbances
