I do not understand how Cody's climate can be better rated than a beach town in southern CA. Sperling's rating 90 Cody and 54 for Laguna Niguel CA. It is much hotter in the summer and colder in the winter in Cody. Cody seems like a great place but what's up with rating it seems ridiculous. I think Cody is a great place, please provide some rational information.
