I have lived in Burbank since 1990 and it sure has changed. The crime was once low but ever since the radically left city council has made changes this is no longer so. They go after small businesses with bogus fines. They make running a business here harder and more expensive than in surrounding cities. There is vacant business real estate everywhere you look. They have the highest sales tax rate in California.
