Review of Grand Isle, Louisiana

Culture and Recreation
Star Rating - 6/27/2009
The early settlers dating back to 1781 were of French, Spanish, and Italian heritage. The salt water fishing is outstanding, and during the Spring and Summer, vacationers enjoy fishing in the surf for a variety of salt water fish and blue crabs. Grand Isle is often known as "The Cajun Riviera"
