Umm...... how dumb are you. The temps will go fluctuate, and you say 90 like its hot. Welcome to Texas, sweetie. Sure its windy, we are the windy city. get over it, don't hate. Also please don't lie. One day its 90 the next its 50 with rain. Why you actin' like we ain't ever seen rain. Don't say you have never seen a tornado, because in the early 2010's we've seen tons of tornadoes, along with floods, and all that, before your time of posting. Also Amarillo stank sometime, on a rare occasion when the, what we Amarilloans call the "HOUSTON STANK" you here that, H.O.U.S.T.O.N. Also you have no idea how great people treat there horses. NO IDEA, OKAY? I also live in rural Amarillo, you now, Bug City, I have never ever ever see a cockroach. EVER. I have no comment on your racist comment. Also amarillo has alot of great restaurant. Mexican, Asian, Middle Eastern, French, and Italian, but it doesn't matter compared to your racist comment so no wonder you want to eat White American. Hmmmmm i wonder why its called Amarillo. Wait Amarillo is spanish for....... guess........ YELLOW. I.E. YELLOW GRASS. AKA WHY THE SPANYARDS CALLED IT AMARILLO. Amarillo IS a CITY. Just cause your from a huuuuuuuuuugeeeeeeeeeee town, doesn't mean a small town is nothing. That's about it !

ABSOLUTE TRUTH! Thank you for saying exactly what my daughter and I have been thinking since moving here in 2016. There is nothing good about this old grungy ugly dilapidated town. Nothing here. No really good restaurants like Houston, Fort Worth, Dallas, Austin, etc.Restaurants here are just nasty. Like one commenter stated--Indian Oven is good. No good Tex-Mex here. You have to cook your meals at home. If you don't eat chicken or steak or Pizza, you're outta luck. Yes, I have met many people here who are the "pretend Christians." Snobs. 2-faces. If you don't attend church or have children in sports, or are white trash, there is not a spot for you in this town. Don't try and fit in. You will waste your time and get stabbed in the back. Period. It's a black hole that will suck all of the life out of you if you let it. I cannot wait to get the hell outta here!!

I appreciate you taking the time to rate our city. I wish you had taken half the time to learn grammar and spelling. Nonetheless, I want to point out to you that in fact we do have cockroaches. We have various types of them present and one is, as you mentioned, the oriental cockroach. This insect goes by many names and waterbug is the most common. My friendly advice to you and your family...go elsewhere and realize that your, you're and yore are not the same thing and you cant end sentences with a preposition.

I'm not sure what good that whining about Houston does...you should have stayed, I reckon. Amarillo has an amazing medical center, Texas Tech and a local flavor that is the Panhandle way of life....people of all backgrounds getting along, bearing the heat and enjoying the natural beauty nearby.
