WILMINGTON- Great place and on the rise.

Moved there from NJ in 1989 as a senior in high school. Live in NYC now but return home every 8-9 months. Every time I do I see new development! Definitely business is booming. Some less than scenic, strip mall-ness is balanced by a gentrified waterfront and some very pretty architecture. Also, Wilmington girls are truly gorgeous!
