I am a native of this town and cannot wait to get out! Housing is some of the highest in the state, taxes are 8th highest in the nation (last report I read), and professional job opportunities are few and far between. College town, as reflected by wages and high rent/cost of home ownership. Some cultural activites, but mostly sports and country music venue. Little interest in craftsmanship and quality of work.
