Housing Prices compared to Quality of living

Centerville is an amazing place nestled between the Great Salt Lake and the Wasatch Mountain. There is very little room to expand which gives home owners the feel of a small town, but only minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. Schools are great, violent crimes are low and the temperature is not too high in the summer and not too low in the winter. Homes are well maintained and neighbors are friendly. I love Centerville and imagine you will too.

Houses are very expensive. There apartments are too and not many of them. You need a job over 100k and will have to commute because there are not any 100k jibs in Centerville. It is just a bedroom community. A Walmart, banks, fastfood places and gas stations mostly.
