1. "My husband and I moved to Prescott three years ago and couldn't be happier with our decision. The weather is perfect - not too hot in the summer and not too cold in the winter. The downtown area is quaint and offers plenty of unique shops and restaurants. We also love the proximity to hiking trails and lakes for outdoor activities. It's truly a gem of a place to live." - Samantha H.
2. "I've lived in Prescott for over 20 years and it's been a wonderful place to raise my family. The schools are top-notch and the community is very family-friendly. We also have a strong sense of community here, with events and festivals happening year-round. The only downside is that the cost of living has increased in recent years, but overall, it's a great place to call home." - Mark S.
3. "I moved to Prescott from a large city and was worried I would miss the hustle and bustle. But I've found that living in the 86303 zip code offers the perfect balance - a slower pace of life but still enough amenities and activities to keep me busy. The locals are friendly and welcoming, and the natural surroundings are breathtaking. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else." - Lisa M.
4. "I grew up in Prescott and have seen it change over the years. While it's still a beautiful place to live, I do miss the small-town feel it used to have. The influx of tourists and retirees has resulted in more traffic and expensive housing. However, I will say that there are still plenty of charming neighborhoods and local businesses to support. It's a great place to retire, but I'm not sure I would recommend it for young families anymore." - Jake B.

Planning on Moving to Prescott - 5/5/2018
Yep, after looking at the housing- it is expensive compared to the midwest, where I originate from- but the views are lovely.
My wife and I have only visited twice- the second time was on a house-hunting trip. It's currently a seller's market- often the homes were sold before we could make an offer.
We ended up getting our offer accepted- and the view from the home is nice. My the house has appreciated since being built in 2011. It's crazy. We hope to make Prescott our retirement home. The reviews we've read have been mixed- but from what we see it promises to be a great place to settle down. We're looking forward to meeting people and getting involved in the community
