We came to Snowflake from crazy San Diego in 1990. Not being Mormon, we fell into the the lifestyle without any problems. The people here were wonderful and still are. They are constantly trying to convert us into the Mormon Church which is kind of flattering. The Mormon way of life is being self sufficient and faithful. It is possible to take that road as far as you wish. We've adopted two Native American kids and have found out how nice it is to have kids on our terms.
